Northamptonshire Family History Society
Helping people research their ancestors since 1976, with branch meetings in Weston Favell and Kettering and downloadable resources. Branch meetings are open to all. Monthly online meetings are for members. Membership includes the quarterly Footprints journal, a monthly e-newsletter and access to back issues, searchable databases and other resources in the Members’ Area. Northamptonshire Natural History Society
The Northamptonshire Natural History Society has been part of the local community since 1876. For 150 years, we have been recording and preserving Northamptonshire’s fascinating natural and local history, with collections including fossils, historic photographs, journals and records gathered over generations. Our History Section meets at the Humfrey Rooms, Northampton, NN1 1LD, on the last Thursday of each month at 2.30pm. Everyone is welcome – you don’t need to be a member or an expert to come along.

Great Addington History
Great Addington History explores the story of this Northamptonshire village, its people, buildings and Nene Valley landscape from the Iron Age to the modern day. The site includes material on archaeology, village buildings, maps, All Saints Church, transport and life through different historical periods.
Duston History Society
We are a small History Society based in Duston. We meet on the second Monday of each month, except in July, August, and May, when we go on a coach trip. We meet at St. Crispin's Social Club on Berryfields Road in Duston. £5 entry on the door of £40 for the year. Talks are given on historical events in Northamptonshire and the wider area.
